Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 25, 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Fitness Booking, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use FitBook (the "Service").

Privacy is a big deal to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. The short version: we collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and we work hard to keep it safe.

What We Collect and Why

Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need to make the Service work for you. Here's what that looks like:

Identity and Access

When you sign up, we ask for your name and email address. We use this to personalize your account, send you booking confirmations, and contact you if something needs your attention. That's it.

Billing Information

If you upgrade to a paid plan, we collect your payment card details. Your card information goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep records of your billing history for accounting and to help if you have questions about charges.

Fitness Platform Credentials (Authentication Information)

This is the sensitive one. To book classes on your behalf, we need your login credentials for your fitness studios.

We collect authentication information solely for the purpose of performing actions you explicitly request through the Service.

  • • Credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption
  • • We do not sell, share, or disclose this information to any third party
  • • We do not use credentials for any purpose other than providing the Service
  • • Credentials are permanently deleted upon account deletion or credential removal
  • • No Company employee has direct access to your decrypted credentials

Booking Preferences

Your schedules, favorite instructors, preferred times—this is what makes the Service useful. We store this to automate your bookings and show you your booking history.

Website Analytics

We collect general information about how you use our website: pages visited, buttons clicked, that sort of thing. We use this to improve the Service and fix problems. We do not track you across other websites.

Automation and Third-Party Interactions

The Service automates interactions with third-party fitness booking platforms on your behalf. When you use the Service:

  • We submit your credentials to third-party platforms only to perform booking actions you have requested
  • We do not store data retrieved from third-party platforms beyond what is necessary to display your booking history
  • We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms

Fitness Booking, Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party fitness platform. Your use of third-party platforms through the Service is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

What We Don't Do With Your Data

We never sell your personal information.

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your data isn't our product—the Service is. We do not mine your data for advertising purposes. We do not build profiles about you to sell. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

When We Access or Share Your Information

The Company keeps your data to ourselves with a few exceptions:

  • To provide the Service: We use your credentials to log into your connected fitness platforms. That's the whole point of the Service.
  • To process payments: Your billing info goes to Stripe. They are trustworthy and have their own strict privacy practices.
  • If required by law: If we receive a valid legal request, we may have to share information. We will push back on requests that are too broad or unclear.
  • To protect rights and safety: If we believe someone is using the Service to harm others or violate our terms, we may investigate and take action.

No Company employee looks at your data unless you specifically ask us to help with something, or we need to investigate a problem you have reported.

How We Secure Your Data

Security is not just a checkbox for the Company. Here's what we do:

All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest

Credentials encrypted with separate keys

Secure, reputable cloud infrastructure

Strictly limited and logged system access

When You Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do:

  • We immediately delete your fitness platform credentials
  • We delete your personal data within 30 days
  • Some information may persist in backups for up to 90 days
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you

Your Rights

You have control over your data. You can:

1

Access your data

Download a copy of everything we have about you from your account settings.

2

Correct your data

Update your information anytime in your account.

3

Delete your data

Delete your account and we will remove your information as described above.

4

Export your data

Take your booking history and preferences with you if you leave.

If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA. We respect these regardless of where you live.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how people use the Service so we can make it better. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this policy as our practices evolve. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. For minor clarifications, we will just update the page.
